ClickUp Pricing 2026: Every Plan, Brain AI Add-ons and the Real Cost for 10 Users

ClickUp pricing in 2026: Unlimited at $7 and Business at $12 per user billed yearly, the Brain AI and Everything AI add-ons, and the cost for a 10-user team.

ClickUp Pricing 2026: Every Plan, Brain AI Add-ons and the Real Cost for 10 Users

ClickUp costs $7 per user a month on Unlimited billed yearly ($10 billed monthly) and $12 on Business ($19 monthly), with Enterprise sold on a quote, as read on ClickUp's pricing page on 19 October 2026. For a 10-person team billed yearly, Unlimited comes to $840 a year and Business to $1,440. Add the Brain AI add-on for everyone and the Business total rises to $2,520.

Dupple data: our own ClickUp review recorded the same Unlimited and Business prices, verified on 25 September 2026, so the default ladder has held for a month. Some visitors are shown a test lineup instead (Core, Business and Max at higher prices); the figures here are the page's default plans.

Toolradar data: Toolradar, the software directory we run, evaluates 359 project management tools in its October 2026 ranking, and only 3 of its 10 top picks carry a free plan. ClickUp's Free Forever tier is one of the more generous ones in the category, with unlimited members and tasks, which is why its paid tiers matter mostly for storage, views and automation volume.

Every ClickUp plan, billed yearly and monthly

Plan Per user, per month (yearly) Per user, per month (monthly) 10 users, 12 months (yearly) Automation executions a month
Free Forever Free Free Free 100
Unlimited $7 $10 $840 1,000
Business $12 $19 $1,440 5,000
Enterprise Contact sales Contact sales Not published 250,000

Yearly totals multiply the per-user rate by 10 users and 12 months. ClickUp's page advertises "save up to 33% with yearly". By our arithmetic on its prices, the monthly rate is 43% above the yearly one on Unlimited and 58% above on Business. A 10-person team on Business pays $2,280 a year billed monthly against $1,440 billed yearly, a gap that would pay for Brain AI on most of the team.

Billing is per workspace and covers every member. ClickUp's FAQ says you must upgrade the whole workspace, that each workspace is billed separately, and that paid users added mid-cycle are prorated. People from inside your organization count as paid users even when invited as guests, so the seat count is the headcount, not the number of project managers.

What each tier includes

Free Forever gives unlimited tasks, unlimited members, collaborative docs, Kanban boards, calendar view, sprint management, in-app video recording and two-factor authentication. The limits are 60 MB of file storage, 5 spaces, 100 automation executions a month and 1 form, and Gantt, timeline and workload views are trials only. For a solo user or a small team that keeps files elsewhere, this plan runs for years. For a team that attaches design files, the 60 MB cap ends it in a week.

Unlimited, the first paid tier, lifts storage, spaces, folders and forms to unlimited, and adds unlimited Gantt charts, unlimited integrations and custom fields, native time tracking, goals and portfolio management, guests with permission control, resource management, ClickUp Chat, email in ClickUp and 1,000 automation executions a month. Timeline and workload views stay in trial, and the activity view keeps 7 days. Unlimited is the plan for a team that wants dated plans and proper file storage without dashboards.

Business is the tier ClickUp marks as popular, and the plan card explains why: unlimited dashboards with advanced cards, unlimited message history and activity views, unlimited timeline views, webhooks and automation integrations, 5,000 automation executions a month, mind mapping, private whiteboards, custom exporting, sprint points and reporting, portfolio workload management, Google SSO, SMS two-factor and unlimited proofing. A team that reports to clients or runs more than a few dozen automated rules lands here.

Enterprise has no public price. It adds enterprise permissions and governance, unlimited custom roles, SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning, an audit log, session management, the Enterprise API, 250,000 automation executions a month, custom branding, MSA and HIPAA availability, data residency, live onboarding training and a customer success manager.

How much does ClickUp AI cost?

AI is sold on top of the seat. Every plan carries free AI usage with limits, and two AI plans are priced per user on top of the seat.

AI option Price What it adds Credits
Included in seat Free with any plan AI chat, tasks and docs with usage limits, plus trial access to advanced AI features Limits apply on every plan
Brain AI $9 per user a month billed yearly, $14 monthly Unlimited Brain assistant, @Brain agent and AI chat across Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, unlimited AI writing, workspace enterprise search Plus 1,500 AI Super Credits per user a month
Everything AI $28 per user a month billed yearly, $33 monthly Unlimited ambient answers, AI notetaker, image generation, AI fields, AI automations and dashboards, AI assign and prioritize, 3x super agent usage Plus 5,000 AI Super Credits per user a month
AI Super Credits $10 per 10,000 credits Extra fuel for super agents, AI fields, automations and image generation Bought à la carte

The AI section of the pricing page has its own monthly and yearly toggle and says yearly saves up to 20%; the yearly rates are the ones in the cost figures below. ClickUp also says credit usage "varies by complexity" and that the notetaker and image generation fall under a fair use policy, which means a heavy user can exhaust a 1,500-credit allowance before the month ends.

For 10 users billed yearly, the AI add-on more than doubles the bill on the entry tier: Unlimited with Brain AI costs $1,920 a year, Business with Brain AI $2,520, and Business with Everything AI $4,800. The question before paying $28 per user is whether the notetaker and AI fields replace a separate tool. Our best AI meeting assistants ranking prices the standalone notetakers that Everything AI is competing with, and our guide to AI for project management covers what agents in a task tool do well.

ClickUp vs Asana vs monday.com for 10 users

Tool and plan Per user, per month (yearly) 10 users, 12 months Timeline or Gantt Automations a month
ClickUp Unlimited $7 $840 Gantt included, timeline trial 1,000 executions
Asana Starter $10.99 $1,318.80 Yes Unlimited
monday.com Standard $12 $1,440 Yes 250 actions
ClickUp Business $12 $1,440 Yes 5,000 executions
monday.com Pro $19 $2,280 Yes 25,000 actions
Asana Advanced $24.99 $2,998.80 Yes Unlimited

Asana and monday.com prices were read on their pricing pages on 17 October 2026. Unlimited is the cheapest paid plan of the three at the entry tier, $3.99 per user a month below Asana Starter, though Asana includes unlimited automations where Unlimited meters 1,000. At the second tier ClickUp Business costs the same as monday Standard and less than monday Pro or Asana Advanced. The head-to-head details are in our Asana vs monday.com comparison and in project management software pricing compared, which prices seven tools on the same 10-user scenario.

Hidden costs and gotchas

  • The whole workspace upgrades together. One Business seat means every member of that workspace is on Business. Internal colleagues invited as guests are billed as paid users.
  • Multiple workspaces mean multiple bills. Each workspace needs its own upgrade, so a company that splits departments into workspaces pays per workspace.
  • Monthly billing costs 43% to 58% more. Both Unlimited and Business charge a higher month-to-month rate than the yearly one.
  • AI credits are variable. Usage depends on task complexity, and extra AI Super Credits cost $10 per 10,000.
  • Trials inside paid plans. Timeline and workload views are still trials on Unlimited; mind maps too. The feature you want may sit one tier up.
  • The refund window is 30 days. ClickUp's FAQ promises a full refund within 30 days of purchase, which is long enough to test Business on a real project.
  • Discounts exist for nonprofits, students, educators and startups, each through its own claim process, and ClickUp does not publish the percentage.

Which ClickUp plan should you buy?

Start on Free Forever if you are one person or a team that stores files elsewhere and runs few automations. Move to Unlimited when you need unlimited storage, Gantt charts, custom fields or guest permissions; for 10 people it undercuts Asana Starter and monday Standard. Buy Business when dashboards, timeline views, private whiteboards or the 5,000-automation allowance are part of the job, and expect the bill to rise by about 70%.

Add Brain AI only after a month on the free AI usage shows the team running out. Everything AI is for teams whose output is agents, notetaker summaries and AI fields, not for a team that mostly moves tasks between columns. Teams comparing the wider field should read our best project management software ranking, agencies should read the agency-specific version, and anyone weighing a docs-first alternative can price it in our Notion pricing breakdown. Trello remains the cheaper board-only option for teams that never need a Gantt chart.

How we checked

Every ClickUp price, plan feature, AI plan and FAQ statement on this page comes from ClickUp's pricing page, read on 19 October 2026 on the page's default plans; our own ClickUp review recorded the same Unlimited and Business prices on 25 September 2026. Asana prices come from Asana's pricing page and monday.com prices from monday.com's pricing page, both read on 17 October 2026. Toolradar's ClickUp tool page holds the category record.

All totals are list prices multiplied by 10 users and 12 months. They exclude taxes, promotions, the nonprofit and startup discounts and any Enterprise quote. Prices change, and ClickUp tests other lineups on part of its traffic, so re-read the pricing page before you sign.
